3 NOT NORDSTROM SUMMER SALES TO SHOP NOW
Two signs that I’m back in Dallas this week: sweating and shopping … profusely.
Needless to say, summer sales are in full swing, but there’s more happening than just the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and Prime Day. (I understand this might be hard to believe, unless you’ve been living under a rock, without social media). If, like me, you’re looking to refresh your wardrobe or home (or drink, while we’re at it), Nordstrom should be among your first stops, but don’t miss out on a few other short-lived savings extravaganzas.
Here’s where I’ve been browsing this week:
THE CEH
With a cult-following client list that includes First Lady Laura Bush, the Dallas-based CEH (short for Collected Eclectic Home) recently opened its showroom doors after five years of thriving, web-based business. You can still shop their array of timeless, bespoke, and handcrafted furniture online, though, and through Wednesday, vintage and antique pieces are 30% off. I am currently in the market for just the perfect dresser, and while the search might continue awhile, the custom-lacquered bamboo dresser above is definitely under consideration.
ANN MASHBURN
Ann and Sid Mashburn will forever hold a place in my heart next to my first love: the first gift I ever bought my husband was the signature Mashburn Oyster Buckle (FYI, back then it came in brass and with a very different price tag). Now we keep their photo on the fridge… just kidding… maybe! Truly, though, I’ve never seen anything from Ann apart from exceptionally good taste, and the summer sale, currently at 25% off, is the time to score on staples such as these slingbacks, summer whites you can wear now or next year, fall transition pieces and more. There are so many goodies that I’m not sure where to begin.
THE TOT
If you are currently experiencing a baby boom all around you, those bundles of joy can equal bundles of bags. The Tot is having 30% off all clothing and accessories through Thursday, so savvy shower shoppers and mamas might consider stocking up on cute essentials like this romper ahead of time.
